Hi, I’m Lexi.
I’ve spent the last decade immersed in customer feedback working across consumer experiences and B2B platforms, running studies independently end-to-end, always with a focus on turning real customer needs into strategic, actionable insights that move products forward.
My approach? Mixed methods with a qualitative lean. Interviews, surveys, usability tests—moderated or not, generative or evaluative—I’ve probably run it. I flex the method to match the moment, adapting my toolkit to fit the problem and uncover what really matters.
Ultimately, I care about research that’s methodologically sound and swift—
built to move at the pace of product without sacrificing quality.
When I’m not knee-deep in data, you’ll probably find me outside. I’m a fan of long walks, short hikes, and any excuse to sit by a lake or ocean with my latest library book. I travel whenever my schedule allows (most recently to Greece, pictured, next up: Portugal). My core creative outlet is pottery, specifically throwing on the wheel. I also have a soft spot for flower arranging and giving old furniture a second chance at life. I moved back to the east coast from Colorado in 2015 to better support my aging parents: caring for them has been the honor of my lifetime (+ yes, they still think I do “something with the internet.”)
